• To ship your order, you must:

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

1. Orders are usually delivered within 48 working hours of placing the order. Delivery is carried out by the transport company you choose at the time of ordering.

• Shipping costs are included in the total value of the order, however they depend on the carrier that is chosen at the time of the order. (The amount is detailed at the end on the order receipt.)

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

1. Prices must be understood in Euros, with fees and taxes included, taking into account that VAT is already reflected in the price of the products, in the VAT Exempt regime by Article 53 of the VAT Code.

• If there is an increase in the price of any product, the User will be informed immediately and can choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or to cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN

1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by LoveWithSugar & International DreamLove. The request must be sent in writing to the contact e-mail [email protected], within 15 days after the order, and the instructions for cancellation or return of the goods will be answered and defined by the COMPANY, by the same means of communication.

• Whenever possible, the return must be made by the same means of payment, but if this is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and ownership of an account or card, so that the return can be made by Bank Transfer.

• THE COMPANY undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 7 working days after the decision and verification of the condition of the product and its arrival at the facilities.

• The returned products must be in saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition in which they arrived in the hands of the User, without any anomaly or damage.
