We always ship orders after payment confirmation, in addition, we have order output control parameters based on the quantity of items.

– Orders of 1 to 3 lines with a maximum of 48 items. All confirmed orders are sent by 17:00 to Spain and Portugal. If the order is destined within the European Union, the departure of the order is guaranteed if it is confirmed before 12 pm.

– Orders of 4 to 8 lines with a maximum of 290 items. The departure period is usually the same day as the order confirmation, if confirmed before 17:00. Does the carrier tell me the time and date of delivery?

No. The agency has no obligation to contact to inform the delivery, however, most carriers have systems that warn by SMS the estimated time of arrival.

What happens if I’m not at my company or at home when the delivery man arrives?

If at the time of delivery of your order you are not at your company/address, it will be delivered again on the next business day.

When will my order be shipped?

What to do if the order becomes customs in the destination country?

For shipments outside the EU:
