GENERAL TERMS
1 – All affiliates are obliged to read and respect all terms and conditions of this contract.
2 – All of our content, texts and images are protected against copyright. Any unauthorized total or partial copying will be punished by legal proceedings.
3 – In advertising via the Internet, spam will not be allowed. Any complaint will trigger the provisions referred to in paragraph no. 8.
4 – Any defamatory campaign will be punished in accordance with the law.
5 – False information about discounts to be benefited that do not correspond to those practiced by the affiliate and, which are intended to deceive the customer, will be punished with the provisions of paragraph no. 8.
6 – Affiliates will not be allowed to use their promotional code to make personal purchases.
7- Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned points will result in cancellation without prior notice and non-payment of outstanding commissions.
8- Your refferals have 35 days counting from the 1 day that they open the link to make the purchase. The cache cookie for the object are 60 days.
8 – You already know that by joining you are accepting the GDPR.
COMMISSION PAYMENT CONDITIONS
1 – Commissions will be calculated based on the net value of the order after the customer discount.
2 – Commissions will be paid at the request of the commission agent upon reaching a minimum value of €25.
They will be based on orders for which payment has been confirmed (around 15 days after receipt from the customer).
3 – Information, order status, as well as received and pending commissions can be consulted in real time on your commission agent page after logging in.
4 – Payments will be made by bank transfer , Paypal or MBWay after issuing the invoice/receipt.
